We believe buying a house is a personal decision ,you should buy a property when you are personally and financially sound .As with any high value purchase there is a risk of losing money .But if you have a great real estate broker can find home in  upcoming projects of home real estate of next 2-3 years then your chances of making money are higher. In the current real estate for sale market (March 2016) for NOIDA DELHI GURGAON region ,We suggest you to avoid houses in upcoming location especially flat for sale which have just been launched and in Pre-Launch instead find  home in ready to move in category wherein currently  lot of houses and flats are available .These Pre-Launch properties look great in a brochure but as per history of last 7 years  the reality of realty is not same !
